Why a health coach?

Health Coaching Sessions via Zoom:

First Session:
We review your history and start to make changes in your lifestyle. You are given a food diary to fill out for a week. We address that in the second session. Second Session: We will discuss the foods you are eating from the food diary and begin to eliminate those that harm rather than heal. We will take small steps because if you stopped all these foods at once your body would rebel and you will get sick. These are cleansing reactions. We will address your microbiome which is the balance of good vs. bad bacteria in your gut. Most people have issues leading to a "leaky gut." This creates inflammation which leads to gut imbalance. Thus creating sickness leading to diseases like diabetes. The process can take a long time before outward symptoms appear. If you begin to lose the weight, you can reverse this process and heal many other areas of your body beside your gut. Heal your gut and heal your body. |
Third Session: We will inform you of how many coaching sessions you will need based on your history and current state of health. It could be a total of five once a week or more. But each case is different. The longer you have been in poor health, the longer it may take to heal your body and increase your energy. Initial phase ends: After having applied these principles and you start to see and feel positive changes, Dr. Yurick will discharge you. We will schedule you for a follow-up consult after several weeks to insure you are staying on track. People have a difficult time with the program so it is important to follow-up to encourage you. Your lifestyle habits are difficult to break. Some have been battling these issues for most of your life and may have to overcome any emotional or past-life experiences that we will address. You can return if you choose to to learn other ways to reach optimal health. The choice is yours. You may have made this a part of your daily routine and it may not be necessary to see me. That is my goal. |
The Health Coaching Program will help you to:

Exercise will speed up the process to help achieve your optimal health.
This is not a quick fix. You need to begin to see food as a source of fuel.
When you start to eat the right food and drink, you will begin to heal without the use of drugs. You are programmed from birth to resist disease, and do well when not hindered by unhealthy lifestyle habits. Diabetes, heart disease, hypertension, hypothyroidism, bowel problems and many others can be treated without the use of drugs by giving you the right tools so you can take back control of your health.
You will have more energy to enjoy things in your life. For example, playing with your kids or grandchildren. Or going for a long walk and getting back to regular exercising to maintain that healthy lifestyle.

2. Go to the "Buy Now" page on the far right on the menu bar. On the left side of the screen, click on the arrow to choose either the 30 or 60 minute session. If you have had chronic health issues, the longer sessions are necessary. Hit the "buy now" button to make the payment.
3. After you make your Paypal payment, they will send me a confirmation email. We then connect via Zoom on the day you have scheduled to start you on the road to better health.
This is all done from the comfort of your home. You do not have to deal with traffic or worry about being late for the doctor. We have appointments after normal working hours to try and accommodate your schedule. We make it easy for you to learn these health principles while sitting at your computer. It allows you to see the doctor in a stress-free environment.
